The Cafe has been closed since May/2015. The building is for sale.

We have made the big move. The Café is now up for sale. We will not be opening for the Winter season. We will continue to have the in door swap meets every Fri, Sat and Sun until we are out of stuff to sell. We will stay in Wickenburg and hopefully do some traveling and whatever we feel like doing. Time to start a new Chapter in our lives. Wish us luck.

Indoor Swap Meet this weekend. Friday, Sat and Sun at 9AM. Come out and shop. Lots and Lots of good stuff.

Still doing the Swap Meets on Friday, Sat and Sun. Getting rid of a lot of stuff. Haven't desided when or if we are re-opening the Café. We would like to retire in the near future, so I think the first thing to do is get it on the market.

Nothing on the walls or behind the counter will be for sale.

Having a In-door swap meet this Friday 8/7 and Saturday 8/8 from 7 AM till 2 PM in the Café dinning room at 172 E Wickenburg Way Wickenburg. We have accumulated a lot of stuff over the years and needed a way to purge. Items include, Glassware, Misc kitchen items, western décor, Christmas and Halloween décor. and just lots of stuff. Come on out. Hope we see you there.

We have the floors now in the 2 rooms we were fixing up. Looks really good. Next is the hallway going to the restrooms. New texture on the walls and ceiling and sheet rock on about 2 ft of the walls due to crumbling walls. Then new floors down the hallway. Can't wait till this is all done. Want to take a trip somewhere.

Almost finished with the 2 rooms. Putting in the floors today, then baseboards. Looking really good. Next will be the walls, ceiling and floors of the hallway by the restrooms. We have put all kinds of stuff on the tables in the dinning room to have a kind of yard sale only inside. This will be happening in the next month or so. Have quite a collection of stuff collected over the years. I will post the dates when we get closer to being ready for it. Miss all my customers and friends. Still looking at re-opening Oct 1st.

We are moving along with our clean up efforts and remodeling the Café. We have the office cleared out and are in the process of taking the old (3 layers) of tile out to put in new floors. Then we work on the walls and ceiling. Last week we cleaned out all the cabinets in the hallway. Found a lot of stuff we don't need or was really old when it was put in there. Through a lot of stuff and old equipment away. Looking forward to getting all the work done so we can take a few trips.

Things are moving along in the Café. We have cleaned out 6 freezers and 3 refers. This should save a lot thru the summer in electric bills. Doing major cleaning behind the grill and deed fryer. We will be working on the office and storage rooms in the back for the next few weeks. Hopefully we can take a road trip after this is all done. Miss all our customers, but we are getting a lot done.

We have had a really good season. Tim and I have desided to close for the Summer. We will be shutting down on May 11th right after Mothers day. We need a vacation and hope all our customers will return when we re-open in either Sep or Oct. We will keep you all posted.

Yee hah summer is over and The Ropers are coming back as well as all the winter visiters. Starting to really pick up.
